Terms of Service

By creating an account on KeenFind or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use KeenFind. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

KeenFind is a secondhand marketplace aggregator. We search multiple third-party platforms (including eBay, 2ememain, 2dehands, Marktplaats, Vinted, Le Bon Coin, and Facebook Marketplace) and present their listings in a unified interface. We also offer product alerts with AI-assisted grading and notifications via email and Telegram.

KeenFind is not a marketplace. We do not sell, buy, or facilitate transactions for any goods. All listings originate from and are controlled by their respective platforms. Any purchase or communication regarding a listing takes place entirely on the originating platform, subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, in accordance with Belgian GDPR provisions for digital services.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• Each person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from KeenFind without prior written consent.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with search quotas, rate limits, or other usage restrictions.
• Use the service to engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit KeenFind data or functionality without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Listings displayed on KeenFind are the property of their respective platforms and sellers. KeenFind does not claim ownership of any third-party listing content.

The KeenFind name, logo, user interface, design, and underlying source code are the property of KeenFind's operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without express permission.

KeenFind offers the following tiers:

• Free tier: 20 searches per month and 1 product alert, at no cost.
• Supporter tier: EUR 5 per month, with unlimited searches and alerts.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period.

KeenFind aggregates data from third-party platforms. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of any listing information displayed on our service. Listings may be outdated, inaccurate, or no longer available by the time you view them.

AI-assisted alert grading is provided on a best-effort basis. Relevancy scores and verdicts are automated estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments of value or suitability.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeenFind's operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of KeenFind.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to KeenFind in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid any fees, our maximum liability shall not exceed EUR 50.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide a refund for any remaining subscription period.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material updates (such as clarifications or formatting changes) may be made without notice.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of KeenFind after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of KeenFind shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live.
